Hi there! I am a receptionist, and I greet patients with a smile, schedule appointments, and answer the phones. The best part of my job is the opportunity to talk with the children, parents, and adult patients that come in. I love making new friends, and I get to do that every day! When I am not in the office, I spend time with my husband and our four wonderful children.

As a chairside assistant, I help Dr. Kowalczyk give quality care to our patients. The time I spend with our patients is very important to me because everyone has a different personality, and I like to bring out their fun side! I have worked in the orthodontic field for over 15 years. I have a great passion for my work and love watching the patients transform throughout treatment. My family includes my husband, Jan, sons, Jason and Byron, daughters, Jacqueline and Jennifer, and granddaughter, Kyleigh.

Hello, I am a treatment coordinator, and I give consultations to patients, help with treatment coordination, and manage insurance processing. I enjoy working with Dr. Kowalczyk because she makes the office environment a wonderful place to work, and she is very patient and caring to everyone. My favorite part of working here is seeing the great, big smiles when patients get their braces off! After work, I love watching the Cardinals with my husband, Rick. We also love spending time with our daughter, son, daughter-in-law, and two grandsons.

Hi, and welcome to our practice! I work here as a records coordinator, and my duties include taking X-rays and photographic images and impressions, assisting Dr. Kowalczyk, and ordering supplies when needed. Our staff is always friendly and greets patients with a smile. We even have video games and movies playing to keep kids occupied while their siblings are in their appointments, making everyone happier! After work, you can find me spending time with my husband and two sons, Nathan and Ryan.
