Our experienced and dedicated team would like to welcome you to the orthodontic practice of Dr. Margaret Kowalczyk!

Sherri

Sherri, Records Coordinator

Sherri has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1986.
She is well versed in all aspects of orthodontic assisting.
Her duties involve taking x-rays and photographic facial images, impressions, assisting, and ordering supplies.
Sherri has worked with Dr. Kowalczyk since 2002.
Her favorite thing about orthodontics is working with all kinds of children and witnessing their beautiful smile transformations.
Her favorite thing about Dr. Kowalczyk is that she is very patient and easy to work for.
Sherri is a native of Montgomery, Illinois and has lived in Oswego since 1994.
Family: Terry (husband), Nathan (son, 11), Ryan (son, 9).
Non-work activities include spending leisurely time with her family.

Marsha has worked in both the dental and orthodontic fields since 1997.
Her duties include consultations with patients, treatment coordination, insurance processing and orthodontic assisting.
Her favorite thing about orthodontics is seeing the great big smiles when patients get their braces off.
Marsha's favorite thing about Dr Kowalczyk is that she makes the office environment a wonderful place to work, and is very patient and caring.
Marsha is a native of Collinsville, IL and has lived in Joliet since 2000.
Family: Rick (husband), Rick (son), Dana (daughter), Deanna (daughter-in-law), Holden (grandson, 6), Caleb (grandson, 2).
Non-work activities include crafts and reading to her two wonderful grandchildren.

Lisa is Dr. Kowalczyk's receptionist and is responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones and greeting everyone with a smile.
She has worked in the medical field for several years before joining the team of Dr. Kowalczyk in 2004.
Lisa enjoys working with Dr. K. because she is always available to answer any parents' or patients' questions; is nice and very easy going.
Lisa's favorite part of her work is talking with the children and parents.
Lisa is a native of Naperville, IL.
Family: Michael (husband).
Hobbies include working in her flower garden, reading, and taking care of her pets.

Shpresa is an orthodontic assistant responsible for assisting Dr. Kowalczyk and taking orthodontic records.
Shpresa has worked for Dr. Kowalczyk since 2004.
She loves working with children and seeing the results from one visit to another.
Shpresa enjoys Dr. Kowalczyk's wonderful personality.
Shpresa moved here from Europe and has lived in Plainfield since 1999.
Family: Mike (husband), Genta (daughter, 21), Anda (daughter, 19), Mani (daughter, 14).
When not working, Shpresa enjoys exercising, shopping, and reading.

Hami is an orthodontic assistant responsible for all aspects of orthodontic patient care.
She has worked in the orthodontic field since 2000 and with Dr. Kowalczyk since 2003.
Hami loves working with children.
Hami enjoys the easy going personality of Dr. Kowalczyk, her warmth, and gentle care.
She loves working with patients and the friendly staff.
Hami came here from Europe and has lived in Plainfield since 1999.
Family: Albert (husband), Petrit (son, 17), Lum (son, 15).
Hami loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys reading, shopping with friends, and exercising.

Paul is the general office manager for Dr. Kowalczyk and is responsible for the overall smooth functioning of the practice.
Paul has been exposed to the dental field since 1995 after meeting Dr. Kowalczyk at Northwestern University.
He enjoys working in the field of orthodontics because it provides a lifetime of beautiful smiles and happy faces.
Paul is a native of Chicago, IL. He grew up in Europe, lived in California and since 2001 has settled in Naperville.
Family: Margie (wife), Olivia (daughter, 2).
Paul is a member of the best Air Force in the world, a senior flight nurse and anesthetist, and veteran of recent conflicts.
He enjoys family life, playing with Olivia and has a passion for eating anything that is edible.
